    I checked the DBQ. I hit every choice involving PTSD. I’m hoping I can relay that to my C&P examiner and have a successful C&P exam. Thanks

    I HAVE Severe symptoms I have recurring bad dreams of a couple of life-threatening things that happened to me while I was serving on active duty. there was more than one time when I thought I was for sure a Goner/ I thought I was gonna buy the farm for sure and it has been with me ever since it affects me to this very day. I've suffered a divorce and had some issues with anger flare-ups at work and it sucks because I don't want to be this way. I don't associate with many people at all. I am proud of my honorable service to this Country that I call Home United States of America.. but man oh man it takes a toll on us...

    I got a 70% for PTSD and another 70% for mental health. I called the VA three times to confirm this, I call the VA again and they sent me a letter stating this: Your Unique Eligibility Factors Are: 90% Service - connected.

    I'm at 90% with 70% ptsd. I'm already unemployed. How common is it to get tdiu from a 70%? I know there's a broad range of symptoms at 70% and it's hard to tell, but in general is it pretty difficult?

    Can a veteran win a claim based on VA medical records alone, or depression from VA mental health evaluations and records

    • @CCK_Law
      @CCK_Law  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hello! For VA claims to be successful, you must submit enough evidence to satisfy the elements of service connection. Evidence to help this can include medical records, lay testimony, and more: cck-law.com/veterans-law/service-connection/

    Had a PTSD TDIU exam and examiner told me this is going to be short and he was in a hurry. I tried to explain in service events and he says I don’t need to know all that. Does that seem right?

      Yes they don’t need to know details about events if you were deployed.. if you’re claiming PTSD for an event not military related then you might have to explain an event.
