On the list of rpg I need to make. A game where you do Scooby Doo type mysteries but when you in mask the bad guy it then turns into a dragon ball style fight.
if it weren't for all this art, i would have just assumed it was april 1st and this was a lark also, the Disconote avatar would be good for a Joints and Jivers review
0:40 Gondolbaoth was not something I'd ever expect to witness, but I'm glad I did :D 0:57 I kinda like he fact that there are associated emblems with each Pers-ehm, *figure*, but it'd be way neater if there were more player input in drawing them, since I assume there's a way for players to note the glyphs, hence maybe making an interesting system for players to generale figures by how they join up the points in the grid. But it may be a tad too complex and better suited for a videogame (Like a simplified version of ' summon system or something akin to ' Ranger Signs) 3:15 bruh Overall, god DAMN this game is weird.
I think Summon Skates largest issue is that it doesn't really commit to either side, so it gets a bit muddy of the intent. If it leaned heavier into the board I think it'd be pretty fun

Wish they'd come up with an ice hockey RPG.
This seems pretty sick.
I'd play it but not sure I want to buy it before trying.
I actually like these RPG/Boardgame hybrids quite a bit. And this may be one of the few instances, where the "combat wheelchair" is viable 🤡
