Running a Relay | What to Expect & Why You Should Run One

This past weekend I got a chance to run the Daytona 100 Mile Relay. It was my first time ever running a relay, and it was an absolute BLAST! In this video we will give you some definite reasons why you should consider doing a relay, and what to expect on race day. I ran the Keys 100 Relay a few years ago. It is by the same RD as the Daytona 100 but this one runs down US 1 through the Florida Keys and ends at Key West. It was a blast!
