I loved Pillars of the Earth when I read it years ago. I would leave W&P until that is off your plate. I read it last year and annotated it as well but it took me ages as I read it alongside other things. I have the Wolf and the Woodsman on my tbr! I vote for that! Thursday Murder Club - I need to read the other books. So good. A big tbr! I’m reading Sword if Kaigan and Last Argument of Kings but am trying to mood read alongside those as they’re buddy reads. I had a medieval history prof tell me Pillars of the Earth is the most factual depiction of medieval life she's read in fiction. And it's a magnificent book. Your other picks look interesting, too. I let my grandsons choose my September prompts.
I have not read the book yet but the 8-part miniseries adaptation of The pillars of the earth is great! Highly recommend watching it when you are done with the book. It came out in 2010 and stars Eddie Redmayne, Donald Sutherland and Hayley Atwell among others.
I'd like to see you read The Wolf and The Woodsman ^^ Also I think that the Vampire book could be considered non-fiction if it appears that the author is writing it from the perspective of it not being fiction (which is what it sounded like when you described it).

I'll be teaching Little Red Riding Hood again this fall in my college composition class, so I might be in the mood for a LRRH-esque retelling with dark autumnal vibes. 🐺
Both The Wolf and the Woodsman (frozen tundra?) and The Stolen Heir (I've read it, there's icy magic) sound more like they have wintry vibes, but I vote for The Stolen Heir because it was a really fast read for me, which might help you out.
