This sound is somehow also the E-Guitar Noice of Psytrance. The definition of Psytrance. Its rebuild in used in so many tracks. And it cant never be enough of it. Thanks for this showcase.
long life to the serie mate, even if I am not into the main genre, I admit producers of PT do GREAT job soundesingning, and for these tasks I'll trust you and only a couple of others. You got skills, thanks for sharing. Patch 2 is VEEEERY cool, it could work on a lot of genres (even for my own dissident k :D ), I even love it at 10:20 like it is !! BTW well done explained to some the main difference between uni and bipolar, which we use a lot in modular (as you surely know)
Thank you for the tutorial! I have Viper and Ostirus, and i see that the most people prefer Ostirus than Viper to emulate the Virus. But for me, i think that Viper is more powerfull and more equal with Virus setup, and have more clean and objective interface.
OsTirus is essentially the Virus and it's fully free unlike Viper and this makes it more appealing imo. However I agree with you about Viper, it does have a cleaner sound & interface and comes with really nice effects that complements the Virus's sound, also the fact that you can load user wavetables gives it a huge advantage.
how big of a difference is there in the sound between the OSTirus and the Virus TI? i have the Virus TI Desktop version but i'm wondering if would lose anything by using OSTirus instead? 🤔
I'm glad you asked this, if you're using the Ti in audio over usb mode, then it's nothing, I nulled tested them and they perfectly null! Will post a video about that shortly :)
as @tranceElevation said, I like to change from time to time, also it just happened I was working on a project in Ableton before recording the video and didn't bother to change the DAW x)
Great tutorial & thanks for explaining. I'll try those on the weekend.

I agree and must admit, I'm a guilty of overusing it haha but I think there's soo much that you can do with if you sample it ;)
can't thank you enough

uhuh nice, we were waiting for it
Awesome love everything virus related!
More virus video YESSSSS 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
Yes! More Virus/Osiris/Viper patching lessons. I’m also interested in big pads and textures (I am fascinated by the Arrakis patches).
Was planning on making some pads, so this goes perfectly :)
Do you have any exaples of the Arrakis patches?
Yay! Perfectly! Im close to finishing track full synthesising on Vital. ☺️
I love having viper for videos like these ❤🎉
Honestly with OsTirus out, I don't see the need to use Viper anymore specially that it doesn't work on Macs :/
I use windows and i don't wanna obtain the virus firmware from piracy :)
This Bitwig skin looks very nice!
Yeah right
Brilliant

Hi, i would like to try the Virus for wavetables for bass, do you (or manybody else) know how to turn of the filters in Virus Ti?

I'm sure you have either a snow or a TI2...right? How do you find the emulation?
It's the same, 0 difference if you're using audio over usb.
I have a video coming real soon putting them side to side ;)
Are you back to Ableton? What about Bitwig? :D
I guess he's like me. Likes to change the working environment from time to time.
Correct

You are amazing
please make some Legohead sounds ;)
Hmmm could be a great idea, do you have any examples from Legohead?
