Die Tortenboden sehen locker, leicht und fluffig aus, überhaupt nicht trocken, deshalb verstehe ich es nicht, dass die noch mit fürchterlich viel Flüssigkeit getränkt , quasi ersäuft, werden . Dadurch wird doch die gesamte Torte matschig ! Ich selbst backe auch schon ein langes Leben lang Torten und habe nie die Tortenboden getränkt . Meine Torten waren locker leicht und nicht trocken , deshalb verstehe ich das nicht !
