There's a seaview lunch spot and restaurant inside the hotel aswell, many "rich dudes" just go there to just have a nice time during the day, I can also tell you why that F8 AND MC20 look so awful, they both attended Gumball 3000 and they get daily driven by their owners. Ferrari bolsters wear quickly depending if your a jeans or sweats/khakis person. I have seen bolster wear on cars with as little as 3k miles when the person wears jeans and slides over the bolster every time. Ferrari leather is soft, smells great and is very fragile. So I wouldn’t use that as an indicator of a rental.
One thing you got way off is the tyres. You are from the US so you don’t know the contact 7’s. First off they are not cheaper than a Pirelli nor even the MPSS for that car. Secondly, that tyre in both the wet and dry will run rings around both the PZ4 and the MPS4S. So that assumption you made just shows ignorance on your part. You should also keep in mind that here in Europe we drive our exotics, they are not just status symbols. That set of tyres could very well be the tell tale of someone who cares more about how his car drives than how it looks. When I sold my 488 which got 50k km on it in four years, it also had its battle scars. That diffuser damage is not from backing up, that’s from the car bottoming out during spirited driving. Granted that car was rough, but I’ve seen worse, including mine at times. Can it be a rental? Sure. But there is also a chance of it being the property of someone who really drives his car hard and a lot. Again, this is not the US, we have a different perspective. Exotics are for driving, not for posing.
I'll bet that none of them get rented out only to end up in a rap video, come back with hood damage because a 300-pound whale in a micro-bikini wanted to crawl up on the hood to twerk on it, and came back with $50k in body damage for side-scraping everything on the road.
Spaghetti, I dont think any of those are rentals. Its just rich italians. Renting exotics is not as common in europe as in the US. We all know how Italians take care of their cars... If it would be a E36 BMW 320i it would probably be in mint conditions, becusue Germans...
For a spotter or a F1 fanatic Monaco is great for a day trip but I detest the place. Been there numerous times for work and it’s just full of leather skinned locals and tourists all trying to portray how rich they are, or get attention. Stand there long enough and you will see the cars just driving round and round desperate for someone like effspot to leap in for the photo. I once spent 12 hours parked in an underground tunnel and everyone does there pull there, amazing the first 2 times,………very annoying after that.
Why does it have holes above the headlights...? I'm not impressed...! Those Italian/ European 'supercars' are sooo ugly...! I'll keep my 71 & 79 Camaros...!

Whilst the plates do have the EU symbol, the I indicates it’s from Italy. Ineco is an approved used Ferarri dealer in Italy.
