The mother ruined the whole event. It should be about the joy of the family, not a balloon. The kids seem to know how mean their mom is. The one child on the left just froze, the one with the sword acted like it was just another day.

She was pretty calm though? There was no tantrum. She wasn’t crying , yelling at the kid, or spanking him. As stupid as I think gender reveal parties are, she’s allowed to be disappointed it went off the rails. Pregnancy is exhausting, and hormones are all over the place, meaning emotions are also more on edge. She showed restraint with the surprise aspect of the celebration now being bust 😅 Kid entirely deserved the stare he got, and mom walking off to, hopefully, cool off.
