Not only were they well built, they're also beautiful works of art. It's criminal to crush these magnificent products of the body stylists' imagination. The lines and curves make my heart skip a beat and do a back flip. We'll never have anything like this again....ever.
tony friend Oh, ouch! Don't remind me. It's hard enough to find any music I can listen to without becoming physically ill from the beat correction and the auto-tune. Humans playing real instruments and singing on pitch is a rare treat these days.
You should have pumped up the tires and pushed it around the junkyard a couple times and it probly woulda started fixing itself. Great video to watch. Such a short a time period between discovery, recovery, and then to lovely 🙂👍
that senscaional it, an abandoned car turn again this way and still listening to music of the wonderful time, I love these American cars of the decade of 50 congratulations for saving this jewel
I think all the other cars in the yard were like wishing someone would take them home and give them love and respect like when they were new. Great to see. It saved
You guys made it look to easy .. hehe .. Nice save . Im pretty sure that is a 57 Packard wagon that was sitting beside it in the junk yard . 57 Packard wagon is very rare . Thanks for the video .
novmad67 What a great story and what a sweet car to save! I remember having a dream 25 years ago where everyone was going to Junk yards and getting cars running because they were sick of the Junk they make today. Today's cars when they quit they are done. Thanks for sharing this.
gorgeous old plymouth, glad to see her run again, wonder what they might want for the old imperial that was next to her, i have a 62 imperial crown, and am guessing that one is a 58 or 59, good luck with that plymouth, she is beautiful, one of virgil exner's beauties
You know what’s sad, that in 50 years our current cars will be dust and not worth saving because they are mostly made out of plastic. Our future generations won’t believe we saved cars from a junk yard. So enjoy what you can with these current finds.
Maybe I missed it but ya gotta wonder why the previous owner junked it. Considering how it looked when you found it......how bad could it have been when the last owner got rid of it.
It’s her sister though this one might be just as crazy and the way it’s just resting like in the movie this could be the reality Christine but hey if I see this car imma park on the other side of the lot put one scratch on it and you’ll end up with a tire mark on your back lol

Thank you for saving that sweet ride!
I agree 100 percent !!
What a beautiful car!! I hope you have posted restoration photos and video!!
Thanks for saving her. She's worth it. Needs to be more people like you out there.
These cars have Christine to thank for the number of junkyard rescues and restorations. Great to see them back on the road.
Well, maybe the 57 and 58 Plymouths. But the rest are rescued just because people love them
Yeah, beautiful car, glad to see her up and running again, wonderful. Christines younger sister. Gorgeous cars, thank you ☺😎👍🚘🚗

That is so cool sounds like something Cold War motors would do
And they are putting one together right now!
ColdWarMotors in now in the process of fixing up a 1960 Plymouth Fury.
Dang you saved that beautiful car that is so great thank you for sharing your video 👍
My wife and I were over at John's place last week. Nice to see another Plymouth back on the road. John and M'Lisa are great people.
Yes!!!
Scott and his Agents would really go for this
I was on pins n needles while it was up in the air
God Bless you for saving her
Scott has a mint 59 Plymouth, it’s yellow.
I'm sure there was a little more to it than that to get that thing rolling again. Great video!
She's gorgeous, well done for saving her😁👍👍
Unbelievable! You'd never be able to do that with one of today's cars if it sat for a year!
depends like cars from the 2000s can still be brought back to life maybe not the tech but the engine for sure
@@hunterbear2421 I doubt it
@@isaacsrandomvideos667 ok then

Ahh yes! I remember seeing this car in John Fowlies yard! glad to hear shes back roadside!
Nicely done sir.
welcome back Christine sister
Christine's sister.
Her name's. Justine. Lol
My dad had one of these when I was a little kid. 1957 though. It had a white hard top and blue bottom. Over top of the headlights was rusted out bad.
Facts... 59 dodges, 59 chryslers, and 59 plymouths were all different cars.
I owned one of these when I was 12 .Golden Commando
Maan HOW LUCKY you aree, thats all I can say!
@novmad67 wheres that yard?....and is that imperial still around
Great job saving this masterpece
Fun fact - Betty White was in Plymouth's commercial for the '58! You can watch it here on YT.
Hardly anyone even knew about a 58 or 59 Fury before the movie Christine.
Shawn Bradley You couldn't give away a Gretsch guitar before the Stray Cats.
I agree but that's why they used the 58 because they were a forgotten car.
I seen it in a documentary about the movie.
I know the place...Up I-5 between Sacramento and Redding. The owner is a nice guy, he has a red Fury like that car.
Will he fully restore that blue 59?
Christine! (OO)===V===(OO)
Great save!!!
wow amazing 1 of my dream cars is a 57 or 58 fury

Yeah, people would rather save crs from junkyards than drive todays crap. That should tell people something
She was just resting there till you came along.
In 1992 i read "Christine". Strange that in same year someone dropped a Fury.
Now do not hurt that '59 plymouth
Or we'll go break his kneecaps
Great people, great car appreciate it !!!!!
Pull it out, fire it up, go cruise. Awesome.
What a beauty
I bet more than half of those cars in the Junk Yard still work...
She'll start... ya need these *jingling keys*
Beautiful!
Thats awesome
Like! Good find!
Good save! Have fun with it!
Hermosa cristina!
*PRETTY* sight at 3:15 !!! : )
Maybe I missed it but ya gotta wonder why the previous owner junked it. Considering how it looked when you found it......how bad could it have been when the last owner got rid of it.
It does remind me of the car from Stephen King's movie riding the bullet Except that car
was red and white....
need some screen time behind that wheel.Like the double front lights and wing shape, a bit different than Cold War Motors Fury wings
Is that highway 74 ? Very reminiscent of the movie its a Mad Mad Mad World
“クリスティーン” として甦りそうな気がする(^^)
excellent!! What did you clean the paint up with? I couldn't tell it was light blue until the end.
Be careful, it might come alive in the middle of the night
yay
I. WANT. IT.
This so kool
Eu num lugar desse eu fico maluco 👍 eu sou o comentário brasileiro que você procura 😁 abraço Araçatuba SP
Cristine???
Not Christine Stephen King's movie
Riding the bullet.. the car is red and
white and has the same trunk lid....
Should be playing a bit of Jimmy Buffett "fins"
Muito legal!
Bobby Darin, "Multiplication."
Lindo carro
Wow!!!
DeLuxe.
Me pregunto quién habrá sido su 1er dueño y hogar...
👍🏻💯🇦🇺⛽️
Show
All you need is money and some skills...
It's not red and it's not a '58, seems safe
It’s her sister though this one might be just as crazy and the way it’s just resting like in the movie this could be the reality Christine but hey if I see this car imma park on the other side of the lot put one scratch on it and you’ll end up with a tire mark on your back lol
"survivor?"
Yes, as in, 'it didn't get scrapped' survivor.
O.k. Show me....
Big time envy! Want it so bad!
Cars on a forklift is not good !
