My friends! By popular demand, we are turning the One Person Business Model into a series (and we also increased the audio quality).
Here are previous videos from this series:
The One Person Business Model (How To Productize Yourself): th-cam.com/video/BZ2nSULolKI/w-d-xo.html
The Rise Of The Value Creator (A Career Path For Polymaths & Self Improvers): th-cam.com/video/RuFjY1MV4LM/w-d-xo.html
If You Are High Value, Start A One-Person Business: th-cam.com/video/sgXAQDTa3dA/w-d-xo.html
In 2 weeks we will be going over a roadmap. The 3 stages you will evolve through as a creator and exactly what to do (from beginner to advanced).
I also mentioned this video to supplement your learning and building:
    How I Remember Everything I Learn: th-cam.com/video/2L0TjTIHEFo/w-d-xo.html
    Hope you enjoy this one!
Edit: when I told the story of me creating the products, it sounds like I was drunk driving. I wasn’t. I drove 3 hours to a concert, lost my phone there, slept at the hotel, and on the drive back that’s when I was having the ideas (having my friend/editor write them all down in his phone lol).
    Stay safe everyone.

Dan - I’ve worked in the media for most of the past 40 years. There’s SO MUCH wisdom in your videos that mirrors what we’re taught about how to successfully program (especially) radio stations that I just had to laugh out loud when you used the DJ (disc jockey) analogy. You would be a GREAT radio station program director!
Whether we’re programming country, pop, jazz, or even talk, the formulas are the same, the strategies are the same. It’s all understanding human psychology, studying the demographics and psychographics of your target audience, and then correctly identifying and meeting their needs. The variable YOU throw into the mix is telling us to ask ourselves, “What need can ** I ** meet?” which is the question we’re really answering when we examine what we’ve learned well enough to teach others.
You are wise beyond your years, sir. Please keep sharing and inspiring!

Documenting your learning skill & build process (for example Js Developer) and do that in public (IG, Tik Tok, FB, YT) everyday while looking for jobs to apply. Is something that I'm doing over the past 2 months & recently the market start to validate my skillset by asking me about if they wanna work with me & not the other way around. This is a fascinanting experiment that can be lonely at the beginning and interest as you move on while knowing ppl with similar interest and perhaps make business. Thanks Dan for being a lighthouse on the galactic sea of irrelevance content out there.

Can't even begin to tell you how much your videos have helped me, my friend. I am a personal trainer that happened to be born with Spina Bifida. Before, I would just say "hey, I am Joel, personal trainer with SB" blah blah blah, and expect people to just buy without really showing my true message behind what I do.
You have helped me create a system with marketing, setting up products, etc where I can now say "Hello, My name is Joel Cooper, owner of Lion House Fitness - an online personal training company that has an emphasis on diversified and adaptive training. My goal is to get you stronger, physically and mentally, no matter your ability. Here's my story" so on, and so forth. If the person digs the message and isn't entirely thrown off by the Spina Bifida, where I can say just because I have a disability, doesn't mean I cannot help them and haven't put a hundred more hours than the non-disabled personal trainer, then so be it. I have now made adaptive and non-adaptive training programs that bring results
I never truly "got it" until I watched your videos, so thank you so much for what you do.

I need to intervene again. There are three types of learning, not two as you mentioned, and you improvised second of them.
    1. FORMAL EDUCATION, you described it well.
    2. NONFORMAL, for example, this video service and other forms of learning that have structure but do not provide formal, public documents or diplomas.
    3. INN-FORMAL EDUCATION, the most powerful form, composed of all possible life situations in which we learn, changing our behavior based on those experiences. Everything we imitate from our environment, family, relatives, all social groups, media...
It seems to me that you present yourself as a good preacher, with excellent expressive abilities and the capacity to speak for days, but someone familiar with the content you talk about discovers various things in your presentation.

"unknown becomes known with time" amazing, it's the same as peterson's idea on the importance of going into the unknown, one of the things that I mostly like from youtube is the recommendation algorithm that was able to somehow show me your videos, and I'm glad to see this content is pretty nice

GREAT content, again. Considering you talk for 37 minutes straight, without losing interest or value... You rock. Powerful, impressive. 💡🤟💪

I’ve started watching your videos every day during my morning stretches. I’m learning so much. I would love to know if this system has crossover into creative product businesses. As a life-long information seeker, the first video I saw of yours - Business of One - just clicked. As someone who has spent 40 years in art and photography, the thought of switching to writing is something I’m trying to decide if it fits. Although I know that this is worth pursuing either way.

There are so many courses on how to sell courses. That creates natural skepticism. I have identified five niches I could do. Analysis paralysis engaged.

    Wow!!! HUGE take away...
College teaches you to work for someone else.
Courses or trainings teach you to work for yourself.
    *generally of course
    That's a really cool point.
