This is a common jail house cook up. Here in jails in Detroit, it's a chili ramen, a beef stick, a cheese stick, a packet of squeeze cheese, and spicy nacho doritos. We remove the liquid from the noodles before adding the spice packet and mix ins, then fold it up in an empty potato chip bag to let it set up for 5 minutes. That's how you make a jailhouse burrito.

I make mine using the basic cheap Top Raman. Once the noodles are softened, I add a good chunk of butter, seasoning packet, seasoning salt, cayenne pepper, and 2 eggs per pack of noodles. Its a cheap way to get a fairly balanced meal that tastes great. Oh, I stir the eggs up good after breaking them in so that it gets lost in the broth. Simple, tasty, and cheap.
