Sir yek hi vivad vastu pe yek court me karvai chalu hai.. process slow hai..kai atka pada hai...or dusare state me vahi vad sabhi condition fullfil karti hai ..kar diya gaya hai... defendant aake bol de ki yah vad dusare court me bhi chalu hai... lekin decision nahi mila hai... to yaha pe stay or suit lagega ya..dusra state bhi karvai karegi...sub judicata to finel decision pe lagta hai na

हम ने 2018 में एक प्रोपीट ली थी और बैंक से लोन लेकर रजिस्ट्री होने के बाद इंतकाल हुआ लग भग चार महीने बाद अचानक अदर बैंक के कर्मचारी
आते हैं और कहते है की इस प्रोपीट पर पहले से लोन है और यह हमारे पास पलज हैं
हमें पता नहीं था की वह ऐसा क्यों कर रहे हैं लेकिन
हमने जिस बैंक से लोन लेकर रजिस्ट्री की इस प्रोपीट को राजस्व विभाग में दर्ज किया गया है और यह हमारे पास पलज हैं लेकिन जब हमें इस बात का पता चलता है की इस प्रोपीटपर पहले 2010 में लोन लिया है और 2014 में एक हिस्सा बेच दिया गया और दुसरा हिस्सा 2016 में अपनी पत्नी के नाम टरृसफर ढीट कर दिया है और वह 2018 में हमे बेची
गयी है 2010 से 2018 पहले तक राजस्व विभाग में दर्ज नहीं किया गया है
सर मुझे इस बात का सलुशन बतायें

Paternal aunt challenged the will in court 1st grade assistant collecter PCS in 1978. The court decided in favor of my father in 1980 and the court ordered my father will you take care of your aunt and pay 100 rupees every month. My father continued to pay the expenses later my father died. After death the property will be in my name. But we continued to pay. Now my paternal aunt is 90 years old. But since 1975, she was living in someone else's house. Also, his relationship with my father's uncle was bad. Now my father's aunt filed a case against me again for the same property which was decided 40 years ago and kept the old case hidden from the court. Just made a false accusation and took my property with these frauds. I have a court order for a will caseI have again applied and taken the certified copy of the order of the old case from the revenue department. How do you view my harassment? My lawyer sir is also running very slowly
