"I've been trying to do it right." "I've been living a lonely life." "I've been sleeping in my bed." "I don't know where I belong." "I don't know what went wrong." These lyrics are all just so relatable to me. A while ago, I told myself "Oh I guess it'd be an idea to break up with my s/o." I said this because I thought I'd get another s/o and my s/o barely had time for me, always only talking to me when they were bored. I thought it was an okay idea but now I feel like I'm so alone and depressed. Everything went bad and I don't know if that was the reason everything all of a sudden went rotten. I used to love this song as a 5 year old kid and I still do. Before, I didn't even know the lyrics I thought it was all just a sweet love song but it goes way deeper than that. Me now, nearly 12 finally understands it all. All the pain within it but all the love it holds. All I can do is think about this song and say "This is all just about my life." - Stanley.

When I would hang out with my brother this song would almost always come on. So this brings back a bunch of nice memories of me with him before he died. It holds so much sentimental value I don’t even know how I could describe it properly
This reminds me of my great-grandpa, he would always would give my sister and me candy before dinner, my great-grandma never knew, he later passed away when I was six, I still cry about not seeing him and wishing I could get one more look and hug before he passed, it’s a different kinda of pain of missing a loved one, especially the thoughts, and the things you haven’t told them, but the world will keep the revolving and time will slowly fade away their voice.
I remember when I was 4/5 this song was one of my fav that would play on the radio and gave me a great feeling. I didn’t know what the song was but I’m glad I found it
Most of my life I have lived as a hermit, keeping people at a distance to protect myself from any more heartache. I get it now, that is not really living as we were designed to belong to each other. I no longer see myself as isolated. I am a member of a team. First responders in my community, my church families, my friends all over the world, my family--we belong to each other, we keep each other going. You all inspire me. I hope to inspire you, too.
this is the song I listened to when I was about to run away from home but the lyrics made me realize that I don’t know where I would go and that my situation was temporary and I still loved my family. lmao that’s what happens when you have a dysfunctional family and you’re like 13 we all go through it, no shame here. except I’m almost 20 and still in that situation... but it’s not as severe as it used to be. and I’m almost to a point where I can move out so it’s all good (just in case anyone out there might stumble upon my comment and feel concerned lol).
Ever since I gave Jesus my heart I never been the same .. I belong to him now He belongs to me....💎💙🎶💪🙏😇 Ooo how I wish I can sing this in a church to my lord....
Hey, Welcome back to your childhood. It's been hard, Sit down at the table while I'll make muffins and Kool-Aid. It's gonna be okay, He/she broke your heart for a reason... Just take a seat we know your heart broken, You don't need to cry no more. Your amazing. Put your phone down and, Get in your car and drive around with the radio on. It'll all be alright :)

(Hey)
(Ho) she'd be standin' next to me
(Hey)
I belong with you, you belong with me
You're my sweetheart
I belong with you, you belong with me
You're my sweetheart
Love, we need it now
Let's hope for some
'Cause, oh, we're bleedin' out
I belong with you, you belong with me
You're my sweetheart
I belong with you, you belong with me
You're my sweet
(Ho)
(Hey)

i just want calming soothing music like this to play all the time
When I would hang out with my brother this song would almost always come on.
It's been so long since I last heard this song that I forgot how good it is. Thanks for reminding me what a good song sounds like.😊
I remember me and my sister singing this song together as kids and we'd coordinate which part we'd both sing. Good memories.
wholesome
I remember when I was 4/5 this song was one of my fav that would play on the radio and gave me a great feeling. I didn’t know what the song was but I’m glad I found it
i love this song so much
This song brings back so many memories from when I was younger...realizing you aren't a kid anymore is really hard
This comment hit hard for some reason lol
Most of my life I have lived as a hermit, keeping people at a distance to protect myself from any more heartache. I get it now, that is not really living as we were designed to belong to each other. I no longer see myself as isolated. I am a member of a team. First responders in my community, my church families, my friends all over the world, my family--we belong to each other, we keep each other going. You all inspire me. I hope to inspire you, too.
U go queen/king 💞

Why does this feel like a song for a camp fire
I'm currently 11 years old, And this was my favorite song when i was 3
but why does it makes me sad though...?
Because you got friendzoned
SP Zorrah That fucking feel
***** know the feeling :)
Try thinking of the Song differently
TheYGElitist when you listen to the lyrics, you become sad
I haven’t heard this song in forever and hearing it right now makes me feel so happy 😁
This song reminds me of lots of good memories and the song never gets old. Every time I hear this song I smile and sing along.
I sang this to my grandma before she passed the smile on her face was so warming.
this is the song I listened to when I was about to run away from home but the lyrics made me realize that I don’t know where I would go and that my situation was temporary and I still loved my family. lmao that’s what happens when you have a dysfunctional family and you’re like 13 we all go through it, no shame here. except I’m almost 20 and still in that situation... but it’s not as severe as it used to be. and I’m almost to a point where I can move out so it’s all good (just in case anyone out there might stumble upon my comment and feel concerned lol).
Nostalgic for a life I don't remember living ~
Ever since I gave Jesus my heart
I never been the same ..
I belong to him now
He belongs to me....💎💙🎶💪🙏😇
Ooo how I wish I can sing this in a church to my lord....
It'll all be alright :)
thanks for this
Fuck office

I'll remember this song for years to come..
In middle school, im a freshman now, I had a group of friends i was really close to, this song reminds me of doing everything with them. RIP Memories.
This song is so cheery to me.. But when you listen to the lyrics very well...
It sounds sad...
Like the part when it says
"I've been trying to do it right."
"I've been living a lonely life."
So Sad :C
