Please God don’t ever take this video down. I’ve been listening to this version/video for well over a decade. Reminds this thirty-something millennial of her college days...
They've done a great job hiding out sold out red rocks and Madison Square garden yea that got some fans great music wins like when grand funk took over Shay 3 piece band destroyed zeppelin they had to have engineers and certify the stadium was still safe as I digress
anytime jerry has a solo it just makes me so freaking good something about the way he plays just makes me happy he puts me in a state of euphoria like nothing else can
hell yeah. saw them at pnc august 1st. best concert i've ever been to. the atmosphere was amazing, everyone knew the words, everyone was having a great time. it was incredible
1-2-2010. He's havin' fun at 31. Happy Birthday and Happy New Year, Jerry. I hope that OAR can come to my area and perform sometime. That would be Columbia, SC. In May, the historic Township Auditorium is scheduled to re-open. I think it would be great if OAR was one the first performers there. Think about it.
I feel your pain man. Storyteller's...true musicians and poets are few and far between as the days of late. fewer bands actually play instruments and write and arrange their own music. but do not fear. it is not dead. and will never die. every once in great while people actually come out with something grand!! music with a great "feel" and message....don't lose hope. keep on jamming..
It was available on mp3 via the OAR website if you signed up. They released their entire Red Rocks concert on mp3. Don't know if it's still available though. I downloaded it probably 2 months ago.
Hey man, Im not going to tell you that I dont like "gritty" Foo Fighters rock or "chill" RHCP rock... but I will tell you that I LOVE music that tells a story. You absolutly wont be shunned for playing this kind of music and I hope you stick with it. The world needs more of this stuff.
