    Oh my got. This was a little tough, I’ve done all 3 levels and I thought this was going to be easier. It gets harder 😂but I’ll do this again.

      😆 I am happy to hear you have reached level 3 and yes they do get harder! The Pilates Method is a systematic, progressive technique that takes many, many years to get to the advanced levels. Keep practicing each level until you can do the whole workout with ease and that you don't pull up sore the next couple of days. That way you know your body is ready to progress to the next level. Keep up the good work!
