Wow, turned out just beautifully, Kyle, your skills blow me away with every new video. I am truly amazed by your workmanship and eye for detail!! Second to none, truly awesome 🤩 🙏
Unbelievable work man! The button just shows your master craftsman intuition, to not pass that opportunity up. This is one of your best ones yet! That sheath just looks absolutely beautiful! Thanks again for going the extra mile to share with us Kyle!
Beautiful work! I just love the look of stacked leather, I really have to find one made with modern steel so I can use as a beater without worrying too much about chipping or rust.
An absolutely beautiful restoration. The button snap was certainly worthwhile saving and I am sure your client will treasure his grand father’s knife. Your skills are next level Kyle and I thank you for sharing this video with us all.
I am also a leather worker. I laughed when I saw your bottle of Eco Flo. I've been using that for years to water proof leather, and it works well. My next leather project is to make a new sheath for my Cold Steel Magnum Tanto, with 12 inch blade. Just need to find the right weight of leather. I think I will make a Taco style sheath. I need of of those tools, you used to mark out where your going to sew, looks really handy.
