Good Day, tried this with my Cousin's 43" LG Smart TV last week using first a 1/4" strip of paper . We're like we hit the 6/58 PCSO Ultra Lotto when we placed the strip of paper on the right side corner of the second ribbon. Thank you so much for sharing the demo. WOW it worked for me too... thanks.... thanks thanks...I did not even count how many lines I taped coz its too small to see... It was already fixed when taped on the other side but I notice a small flickering, So I transferred tape on the other side and it's all good. Thanks GOD for the wisdom shared!!!

I tried to let go of one, instead it turned black, not just the one whose screen is on, so it's full black. I try to remove the flexible next to it, the screen is also black just like when removing the first flexible. I greatly appreciate your help, thank you so much
the problem i have is horizontal lines same in the video and i have LG tv... letting go any ribbon didnt solve my problem.. the idea is count 13 connectors and cover it with tape...from where u start hmmn u can try 1 by 1, anyway there are only 4 possibilities... u can try your luck

Don Babaran naiicp ko baka kc nsaraduhan ung conection ng nlgyan tape... bago kc nasira horizontal line mgnda tlga color nya...den nung ngka horizontal line naayus naman gawa nung tape method kaso nging yellowish naman...hnd kona tuloy msyado mafeel ung tv hehe

Lmao went to a tv repair shop and they said the issue was not worth it and that i should just buy a new one and didnt accept my tv for repair.
Turns out i can fix it with ducktape.
