It's a Aussie joke. The whole interview is on TH-cam (Merrick & Rosso Show). Rosso mentioned Nicole needed UV95+ sunscreen on the film 'Australia' and Hugh thought he was saying "you V95+". You can only get up to UV30+ in Oz and Rosso was exaggerating. That is what the joke was about. Hugh laughed and said "she can't go out in the sun in the middle of nowhere" (meaning without it in the outback).
