PSU students are returning to dorms in downtown Portland

More than 1,600 students are living on campus this semester and with COVID restrictions behind, businesses downtown are looking forward to the extra foot traffic.
Zack Tantisira owns Poompui Thai Food Cart near the campus. He said more than half of his business comes from students.
“We don’t sell expensive stuff, so pretty much a lot of kids will come here,” Tantisira said. “We make a lot of money from students.”
