Happy memories. I remember using a Lee Enfield MK 4 when I was in the Army Cadet Force about 1966. I got my Marksman first class badge. I still remember that kick!🙂
I did get to fire the SLR but our little ACF detachment didn't have them while I was still there. Funny doing SLR rifle drill with a Lee Enfield, not easy lol.
Beautiful guns hey mate. We unwrapped this rifle this year it's like it was made yesterday from the factory and extremely accurate only have myself to blame for missing the first shot haha sorry for the poor quality of the video.

I was told i was marksman class with the SLR that was a great rifle for the Australian army. Went the distance and penetrated.

I have 2 of those exact rifles. Never fired, still packed from the factory. Looks like they are winners!

What is the difference from a No 4 Mk1?
