LeBron James could finally be himself. He smiled easily, joked around and blew a few kisses to the crowd. This trip home was different than the others. There was less tension, fewer boos, nothing to fear. This time, James almost felt welcomed. James scored 28 points and seemed more relaxed than in previous games back in Cleveland, leading the Miami Heat to their eighth straight win, 95-84 over the Cavaliers on Wednesday night.

honestly what were the cavs fan base expecting when LeBron left. when the best player in the game leaves your team, you aren't really going to get anything better or of equal worth regardless if he told the organization he was gonna leave or not

How can he ever return to a franchise that castigated him and made him out to be the villain. When you have the owner put out a full page hit piece in one of the Cleveland news papers, and made it seem like Lebron James was at fault during the negotiations. And called him selfish and untrustworthy. Why would he want to return to that?
This city turned their collective back on him in a way he never thought they would. All he did for those 7 years while he was with Cleveland. Was to take them to the playoff each year, and to the finals where they lost to the spurs.
He is a professional athlete and he has every right to negotiate a contract after his contract was up. He felt that Miami offered a better chance of wining a championship then Cleveland. And for the next 3 years in Miami three times they have gone to finals and 2 out of 3 they were able to be champions.
I was so happy for him to finally see him win those championships. Take that Cleveland!

Because he doesn't hold grudges and its about him coming back home and winning a championship. Lebron and dan gilbert don't need to see eye to eye. Lebron just need to play on the court.

Wade sacrificed the most by far for that team. He was so humble and he backed up LeBron so well. I really don't like how LeBron just used him and the Heat like that.

Psychological support is great and all, but it'd have been super nice if he and Bosh had contributed more in the Finals this year.
And I don't know how a franchise going to 4 straight finals and winning two championships is getting "used." Those championship banners stay in South Beach. Be grateful, not greedy.

Dwade sacrificed his stats to make lebron the main guy on the team but wade ruined spacing and the only way for Miami to win was letting lebron run the game

Just watched these highlights 3 times and I have to say, I don't understand how todays NBA fans say that todays game is more physical than the 90's. Seriously, where is the D in this game? Todays basketball should be renamed the NB-WBA.
