- t’s ATAY! Isang ilocano dish na pwedeng iulam o kaya nama’y pangpulutan ang aming ituturo sa inyo tuesday morning. Ito ang #simpol na - Igado 😊
Mga sangkap:
1 cup pork liver
1/2 cup pork kidney
1/4 kilo pork loin
Cooking oil
1 whole onion
5 cloves garlic
Salt
Black pepper
2 pcs laurel leaves
1 pc red bell pepper
1 pc carrot
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp liver spread
2 tsp brown sugar
1 pc potato
3-5 tbsp slurry (cornstarch with water)
1/2 cup green peas (optional)

Chef thank you! Question lang please..sa 1 kg of liver pag binabad sa salt and water to remove the metallic taste gaano karami ang salt? Magluluto kasi ako ng marami so I can store in the freezer. Parang Lola mo ❤️Salamat Chef
