I can’t decide what’s better the house or the relationship between the host and the cameraman. Their work chemistry is disturbingly amazing, sometimes I come here just for their interaction. They remind me of the property brothers . I want to meet them just for mental satisfactory. Keep up the good work... an exquisite home!

I've seen too many of these property videos that now I could calmly say "It couldn't be any cheaper and better than this."
Truly, in some other place, this would cost at least 5 times, literally.
The interior is nice but the layout of all the rooms is INCREDIBLE i love the placement of every single room. i'm currently designing my dream house and this helped a lot, great to see some excellent houses. Thanks guys!

The property tax is probably more then most people's mortgages.

Bruce L. I know that....look at the comment about the tax....someone said that tax is 40%....I already checked....the property tax for 2020 is around 1% of the value.

Very simple and straight from outside, but have real amazing and some of the hidden features which adds to comfort to the house owner. Lovely house. I wish I can buy it

@@gunsmokezz was thinking the same thing. but one would think the $'s spent on this house that would be an outdoor TV. for the amount of $ spent, build a structure over top the bar on the rooftop patio as you will never be able to see the TV form the sun glare. and too have a little bar protection. very nice if in Ontario along the edge escarpment I would buy.

I look at showhomes in Edmonton all the time, and rooftop patios are actually pretty common now when I tour another house with one its no surprise. Especially in Jagare ridge and Windermere drive

Yeah, that's terribly stupid! I'm from that area in Alberta and if I had the money to buy a home like this one, first, I would never buy in Edmonton. At least not until they vote out their leftist butt kisser mayor. But most of all it's friggin' winter here sometimes for 7 months of the year. The first thing I'd want to be built is a covered pool and plant solarium! Then I'd build the home around it. lol

This video really shows how expensive homes are in the GTA, our house is Oakville, Ontario costed us $3,275,000. AND IT IS NOWHERE NEAR as big as this. We have 5 bedroom, 4 bathrooms.

how do you care for rooftop appliances in extreme cold?
I live in this city. It's not always cold. It was around 70 F just yesterday and in July and August it is usually around 80 F. It usually stays above 60 for about 4-5 months out of the year.
I must ask the television Is it waterproof?

I love your tour style. Instant subscribe! The house is beautiful, but of course, I would make a few changes but I wouldn't knock it for that as pre-built homes rarely come exactly as a buyer would want it. I would say that TVs should never be that high on a wall. That's a good way to end up seeing myself or my colleagues for neck injections or surgery.
