Home Free's version is better. They hit us in the feels every time. While Austin's singing was great as usual, Rob stole the show. His voice lifted us up to heaven. Wow. That was incredible. Thank you for showcasing this on your channel.
The Sing-Off version was good but too many vocal gymnastics by the judges trying to outdo one another IMHO. #HomeFree took it too another level and used the KISS principle. I’d put this up there in their Too 3 covers thus far. Vocal perfection!
I prefer the new Home Free version, especially that great ending.....Home Free's signature endings with those endings are just sooooo very satisfying.

They brought Home Free back in season 5 to sing that song with the season 5 judges and Patrick was a judge. When Home Free were competing in season 4, they brought back PTX who won in season 3, so the winners of the previous season would come back and make an appearance in the next season.

Thanks for the double feature! I had not seen this version from the "Sing Off". Love this great classic song from Ben E. King back in 1961. The Home Free guys did an awesome version as always. Love their arrangement on this cover. Great vocal leads by Austin & Rob. Tim's bass really stands out for me in this one. And Adam's tasteful vocal percussion is on point.

Ashley, I just had a nice thought. Try to imagine Austin Brown as the fifth member of VoicePlay. That would be cool.
