A good episode. Kade is quite humble. He definitely has a skilling learning fast even with his background.. Cheers

I could sit and watch Kade Edwards ride a bike all day long, him and Brandon Semenuk are my two favourite riders to watch

    Great interview!
Regarding scooter-kids: my impression is that it's mostly the parents. Last time i was at the pump track on a sunny weekend one of the kids was trying tailwhips onto the small flat where like 10-15 people were waiting their turn and nearly smashing wheels and ankles. So i told him that he should try his tailwhips in a different corner. 2 min later his mom was giving me shit because she thought his little one had the right to do what ever he wants no matter what the circumstances are... Then there is only the option to explain to the parents that, while it might not be official, there is a certain etiquette in skateparks or on pump tracks which comes down to giving everybody his run and looking out for potential hazards before dropping in. If you go diagonal to usual lines make sure other people notice when you want to drop in. In the end it just is about making sure nobody gets hurt due to something stupid (other of trying a trick / gap the person does not have the skills for).

Everything about you, rebelling, wanting to ride your bike, and school just not being for you is exactly what my son is like now, its so frustrating I want him to get his head down and get good grades but I know deep down school just isn't for him. Might ship him off to Wales to ride bikes everyday and hope for the best lol

Love this, I remember meeting Kade probably around 2016 at Beat Rampz in Manchester before I even knew who he was and he asked to try my scooter and he was insane. Scootering was a great gateway for me into MTB and taught me all the skills I now use. Great podcast
