That’s why Sonic had his gag reflex surgically removed. That and no other reason.
Those quick speed maneuvers are just normal speed from his actual POV
I like how his feet obscures most of his vision. Cuz I swear, he be hitting his foof when he's running super fast especially in games like Lost World and Forces.
The reason sonic doesn't get dizzy is because of his perspective of speed, to us it looks super fast, to him it looks and feels like a slow run

If this is first-person, then why isn’t the spin jump simply the camera continuously flipping? I’d imagine it be nauseous, but very accurate
