This question is for the Honorable Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
As far as democracy is concerned, there is a distinction between the role of the judiciary in upholding democracy on one hand , and the role of people on that matter . people determine the form of democracy and the framework of its application, and the role of the judiciary, is limted to rendering decisions on legal litigation cases within such legislatve framework or constitution. You have mentioned that you will uphold demcracy as judge, how you are going to define your role to uphold democracy as a member of the judicial power. without encroaching on the legislative power?
    Thank you.
