The similarities between the Watts Riots and the George Floyd Riots are uncanny. After so many years not much has changed.

I concur the LEFT keeps using the blacks by keeping them in chains by paying them to stay suppressed and fatherless. They are just pawns to them and care nothing about raising them up to success

Well, instead of Vietnam it was Iraq. So there's that.

Thank you for sharing this video. It was really eye opening. And showed two contrasting views on an issue that’s been going for decades. It’s really good to see it in the light shown. Thank you

Government study "There is a definite need and societal benefit to having a father in the home."
Also government "Lets set up a system to pay single mothers to get rid of fathers in the home."
    Brilliant!

In 1965, when the Watts rebellion occurred, the majority of black families were raised in married two -parent homes.

Cite your sources. What government studies? Also I think you will find courts these days go out of their way to keep families together. The problem is that some fathers don't want to be one or they show a lack of the same level of commitment mothers have.

Same now as it was then. Some things never change. Animal instincts and finger pointing blaming every one but the one in the mirror.

Exactly, broke Republicans always want to blame people on welfare and immigrants for their situation

Wow I LOVE Chief Parker! He was right then and he’s correct even now in 2024! It’s like he predicted the future.

After the L.A. riots of the early 90's, KCBS channel 2, in Los Angeles, took portions of Bill Stout's narration from this documentary and played it over footage taken from the L. A. riots of the 90's. It was as if Stout was narrating the footage being shown. Stout had died several years prior to the L. A. riots. This shows that the same problems continue decade after decade.
Until William H. Parker became the Cheif of Police of the Los Angeles Police Department, the department was totally corrupt. With reports coming out in the news, it seems that the L.A.P.D. is tending to be returning to those times. Very unsettling.

As far as jobs go, the government can't give jobs out, except for "government jobs" of course. The Free Market System (generally envisioned by FA Hayek) is the best way for jobs to be created. The issue always was and is the discrimination of employment and housing. Unfortunately, at that time the Vietnam war was also a drag on the psyche of the American Society. But, yes, the police department was very brutal as evidenced by the Rodney King incident. "Can we all just get along?" I will always remember that desperate commentary by Mr. King. I always hoped back then that the Baby Boom generation would turn the massive discrimination around to an open and newly anti-racist society.

That is 💩! This is all the result of c*mmunism. Manning Johnson even said the c*mmunists were using race to divide the country. My grandparents and great grandparents built homes side by side in Ft Worth, TX. It was an all white neighborhood that I felt safe in when I visited in the 70s. Integration came and now that neighborhood is a dangerous neighborhood filled with gang members. Same house, same neighborhood, two different experiences. Poor black people get to live in homes that are safe if a tornado hits. Poor white people live in boxes/trailers that disintegrate if a tornado hits. Every single neighborhood my ancestors lived in are now crime ridden neighborhoods filled with gang members. It is the people who are doing the damage not the homes they live in. The Bl@ck P@nther P@rty trained in Chin@ and were self-proclaimed M@*ists. People like Angel@ D@vis have ind*ctrin@ted our youth to be c*mmunists.

Thank goodness they finally showed a decent family although it was brief. I agree with somethings but not everything Mr. Stanley said. I’m sure the interview was brief because the Stanley family doesn’t fit the liberal narrative

We can DEFINITELY use more Chief Parkers here in America 🇺🇸 love him. But Daniel Monohan…. He can suck lemons… DEFINITELY DO NOT need people like him or that think like him… He’s one of the reasons we have issues today.
