Zinc and Vitamin C do work, using it for 6 years. I used to have cough all the time and was prescribed a inhaler similar to asthma patients which worked very well. Then I tried Zinc and Vit C and it works very well, I don't use the inhaler any more . My son used to catch a cold every winter and with this remedy hasn't caught it in 5 years. Of course the researchers don't show this because they are funded by the pharma companies who don't want people to buy this cheap immunity boosters and instead sell their medications. Didn't watch this video. I'm responding to the title. I do like this channel for learning.The answer is YES you can boost it. I'm living proof. I listened to MedCram when covid was in beginning stages. I take the regiment they suggested. I have the following factors that make a person more susceptible to severe cases of covid: over weight; high bp; heart disease; age. But I am yet to even contract covid once. Good idea to take Vit D(less sunny area) & Vit B12(for vegetarians) though 🤔
The human body requires sunlight exposure for metabolism of vitamin D. Taking more vitamin D and not getting sunlight is not very helpful.

Zinc and Vitamin C do work, using it for 6 years. I used to have cough all the time and was prescribed a inhaler similar to asthma patients which worked very well. Then I tried Zinc and Vit C and it works very well, I don't use the inhaler any more . My son used to catch a cold every winter and with this remedy hasn't caught it in 5 years. Of course the researchers don't show this because they are funded by the pharma companies who don't want people to buy this cheap immunity boosters and instead sell their medications. I take 5mg Zinc and 500mg C every other day.

Didn't watch this video. I'm responding to the title. I do like this channel for learning.The answer is YES you can boost it. I'm living proof. I listened to MedCram when covid was in beginning stages. I take the regiment they suggested. I have the following factors that make a person more susceptible to severe cases of covid: over weight; high bp; heart disease; age. But I am yet to even contract covid once. Also the hospital where I visited family uses NAC, vitamin D and C, to supercharge the immune system. Wife had covid 3 times. I hugged and kissed. And still when tested for antibodies twice I had no antibodies. MedCram is my go to now for learning about taking care of my own self and family.

I am not sure about Immunity boosting or not. But surely I have myself used Geloy along with my family and we did find it effective when we were having cold and fever. We saw the immediate effect and these illnesses were gone.
