@@FIEN27 I do agree there are some 360 challenges. I have yet to commit to a 360 on concrete. And next week is gonna be a little different, but fun for sure!!
@@Balczak i got the perfect challenge which very much technic based. its doing a safety roll on cement without hurting yourself. It will take some time to know how and where to safety roll
I feel like parkour is always hard but that's the point. It doesn't matter how hard something is, as long as you have fun overcoming the challenges it makes it all worth it
If you are open to trying it, I find kicking my foot back from the wall and up, when in the last position of the climb up, to be extremely beneficial, but I think it might also have something to do with my loathing of shinners. Your climb ups are definitely making progress regardless, I'm sure there is nothing missed in a video that you didn't see 100 times already. :D Keep it up, you made it to my top 5 YT "people who train parkour"! Thanks for the share!
Top 5?!? No fricken way, that is so cool. Well I am honored and proud to be in that position. Hopefully I can continue putting out great content for you to enjoy 🤙🏼
Surprisingly, it’s good. It was really just same day, it seized up and was crazy sore. Yeah that was my first rail kong, so I really was just focusing on getting a good grip, then figuring the rest out in the air 😂
Do you encounter challenges that you KNOW you can do, but your brain just says NOPE? No? Yeah me either.
Come Hang Out On TWITCH: twitch.tv/balczak
Yes, Every session, and those are the best challenges to conquer.
@@amitaiable Right?! It’s crazy man. The simplest things, stump me all the time.
@@Balczak I train with a coach and he's driving me to conquer fears every session and push harder. I feel that it's improving my skills rapidly.
@@amitaiable There is no better way to improve than pushing your mental limits. As long as its done safely, the benefits are insane.
I hate mental challenges! I feel them with flips more than anything else now.
That stride spot 🔥
Yeah it is a big one! I will get it eventually.
Persistence is the key. Keep looking - keep trying. Work with what you've got on that day.
That is the plan! Trying not to do big crazy challenges every week. They get pretty mentally exhausting.
Sick spot bro!!!! I Cant wait to travel out that way! You should check out Jason Sledge!!
Hell yeah! Once you get out here, let me know, would love to do some training. And I will definitely check him out!!

Yeah it was BEEFY! But it is definitely on the list, I think I can get it.
@@Balczak yeah you can definitely get that one
"Its not ideal" me seeing with my parkour vision-this place is goated
What are some challenges that you noticed right away?
Maybe some reverse vaults, 360s double kongs
But whatever is gonna happen im waiting for next video where you are going to be doing

Hope you get back into doing these vlogs... it's fun and relatable seeing your training and hearing your thoughts on wins/struggles. :)

1:03 ... that dude almost broke his ass with an overshoot lol
It was definitely close!
@@Balczak when i saw it i cringed out loud and then was like jeeez
I think that if you added some flow moves into your lines they would instantly look better! But it is your preference some people don’t like them
I do like flowy lines, but I am naturally more drawn to linear power based lines.
@@Balczak Nothing wrong with that! Keep it up
Another sick video as always man!
