I went to jail one night I was so inspired to play Can't You Hear Me Knocking on my Bose 901 reflective speakers at full blast in my condo. I just got'm hanging from the ceiling and I couldn't help myself I had to let them go. The neighbors didnt like it and its a long story. But I would do it again.

Yes, I agree with it. And I'm happy to say that I have relished playing EVERY ONE OF THESE SONGS on my guitar on many occasions. These are great songs with really durable riffs. Understanding how the songs go has only made me appreciate them even more. It's a shame that kids don't gravitate to playing the way they used to.

I gotta say, I really agree with the 10 songs and the order of them!!!!! My favorite Stones’ song is “Can’t You Hear Me Knocking“ and when watching this video, I was hoping that “Can’t You Hear Me Knocking” would be number one because it’s definitely my number one Stones’ song❤❤❤❤❤❤

@3:56... where/when was this version of Street Fightin' Man recorded? It's not officially released, and I don't have it on bootleg...I don't think. It's definitely 1973...possibly their South Pacific tour?
So glad someone on youtube finally realizes CYHMK as Keith's best guitar riff!

    Mick Taylor was the man

  • @robertblair2120

Keith Richards is a great man. No one's perfect. I feel sure he wouldn't claim to be. However he has a lot to be admired for his skill at playing the guitar of course but his song writing skills put him up in the Paul McCartney and John Lennon stratosphere. I think he is a wise man. I envy him. Well almost, I feel for him that he had to put up with Mick for so long. I know they're friends and have a history. But I've read they don't get along very well alot of the time.

Written and played by Keith, Keith played all the Guitar part on all of the songs except Live With Me which includes Mick Taylor, oh, Brian Jones plays autoharp on You Got the Silver, its a Phenomenal experience, jűs sāyīn !😎✌️😎!

The term Lemon squezzer, used by the Stones & Led Zeppelin came from one of the best legendary blues players/singers/'writters Robert Johnson quite a while before either band picked up on the euphamism.

@@saulschlapik6818 I knew that Mick wrote the lyrics and main melody while the Stones were in the States in late 1969, but I thought Keith was responsible for the main guitar riffs throughout the body of the song.

@@joesephsizian9113of course, you have the riffs of Keith. But listen the live albums of the stones to understand how the lead solos of Taylor was important to make the song greatest and the Stones the "bigger band". Since we have Ron Wood, sorry but i don't ear more than five good songs played by the band.
