Good evening from the Great State of Texas. This mre looks good. How are these meals prepared in the field. How is the water heated up for the meals? How are the non water based meals heated up in the field? Where can I get this type of ration? I need a ration I can take day hiking/fishing.

Tactical Dog + Ardennes pate = Cupboard-love... and some true love ,too! That is a massive MRE, very sugary. Cheers.

The plain porridge is pretty bland on it's own
but I find throwing you're jam in it gives it a lift
I so gonna do that the next time I go stealth camping. Thanks for the tip!

It's too a close call between this one, the Polish, and the Russian MRE. Though I heard the German Bundeswehr is amazing. p.s. Thanks for watching.
