Dutch Operational Ration Pack - Menu 3 (exp 2024)

Hi everyone. Today we are looking at a Dutch operational ration pack (expiry 2024) - Menu 3. I've have tried a couple of these rations in the past and they are packed full of nice food. In this video I'll show you what a Dutch soldier receives and we will taste test this interesting MRE from the Netherlands.
Apologies that the quality of the video dips in some places. This was due to a camera fault. The video quality is much better in the second half.

I like it plain too (maybe with a little golden syrup 😊), but yes the jams or Nutella would be a great addition for many. Cheers 😊👍🏼 Have a great weekend 🇳🇱

I have a similar package on the shelf, but Menu 2. I'll have to open it at some point and see what it contains.
BTW, nice poltergaist effect at 18:20 of the video. I was waiting for the head to start rotating 360 degrees.

Yes you should definitely try it out. I’m always in two minds when testing MREs. Part of me wants to keep them for a rainy day, but I’m dying to see what’s inside 😊

Mate I always love all your videos but I found you through ration reviews! Another great vid. I feel like maybe western euro rations have a lot of orifo branded stuff in them? Not that it’s bad but maybe makes things a bit homogeneous. Still always a lovely review, love seeing content from you 💜 😊 thanks for being so wonderful to watch and listen to

Maybe it was because I watched this one on the big tv but did you use a different camera for this video? Resolution was a little different and colors really stood out!

Thanks very much mate. That’s very nice of you to say. Yes I see Orifo has moved into a lot of rations over the years, just like Jompisa has started to do too. Yes I think you are right, maybe it’s to keep things homogeneous for the western militaries. I always worry about relying on a single supplier though (with anything not just rations).
