Amir bro apse jaankari chayiye thi agar apke paas ho toh , yeh russia mein jab university mein documnet submit karte hai toh woh kehte hai ki russian translated notarised document chayiye toh woh kahan se laya jayega , kuch idea hai apko ya koi contact matlab embassy se notarised hota hai ya apne court se karana hota hai kyunki mujr idea nahi , mujge russia language seekhne jana hai aur koi motive nahi
