Solution of puzzle is : Bg8(threatning mate on h8 square),King or queen must capture the bishop,If kxg8 then white can play Rxd8 and the queen is gone.If Qxg8 then Rd8 pins the queen.Bf8 blocks the pin. Then white plays R1d7 and we have a mate in 6
@@hailtogodshanky9550 So after bishop blocks as shelly says R1d1 is good move. But it is not a mate threatening to mate. Rahul mithra commented rightly. After this black can't survive long.
Puzzle Solution---> 1 Bg8 (Idea to checkmate with Qh7 next move) To prevent it- If 1 Kxg8 , Rxd8 And the queen is gone because of pin. If 1 Qxg8 , Rxd8 2 Bf8 (blocking the pin) , Qxf6+ 3 Kh7 , R2d7+ 4 Qg7 , Rxg7 5 Bxg7 ,Og6#
In the second part of your answer, after Bf8 blocks the pin, Queen to g6 is neither a check nor takes a piece, the right move after Bf8 is Rd7. And i think you meant Qxf6+, but that's a blunder since the rook on a6 takes the queen
After 1. Bg8 Qxg8 2. Rxd8 Bf8 3. Qc8! attacking the a6 Rook while intensifying the pin on the Bishop. For instance, if 3. ... Rxa2 then 4. Rxf8 Qxf8 5. Qxf8+ Kh7 6. Rd7#
Bg8 is the best move I think If he takes the bishop with the queen then rook pins the queen, and if queen does not take then white Queen gives him a checkmate
@@sakshampriyatosh2225 There is literally no trouble in saying the first name of someone unless you are from a specific religion that does not inquire that. If it bothers you idk what to say, it’s my comment not yours
Puzzle solution: We can see that black has clear weaknesses on light squares, and we do have a light-squared bishop and a queen ready to infiltrate via those weaknesses. Simultaneously, our rooks on d-file are putting pressure down the middle as well. So the winning idea lies in the crushing move Bg8!! If black tales the bishop either with king or queen Kxg8 or Bxg8) then Rxd8 pins black's queen in both cases. After Bg8, Rxd2 is an absolute disaster as Qh7# finishes the game on the spot.
I'm your big fan sir😍😍 i love the way you say " This Sweety is gone" 😍😍 I'm a beginner I'm watching your videos everyday in my opinion chesstalk is best chess yt channel. Puzzle:- 1.Bg8 if king takes then Rd8 pinning the queen if king tries to escape then (white) Qd7 and this escape comes to an end bcz king cannot go to g6 bcz white pawn is guarding g6 square. 2. Bg8 if queen takes then Rd8 pinning the queen.then (white) Qg6 prevent kings escape plan. Then take Rd7 guarding g7 square finally capture bishop with queen and it's checkmate...... Hope so this is correct ☺️
Thanks a lot , I was just searching for a queens gambit trap as I am currently playing M.P state chess championship Under 12 , and today my match is with a player who always play d4.
Bg8 threatening checkmate on the next move Capturing with queen or the king will allow the white rook to capture black rook and pin the queen! Beautiful position
hey I wanna say that 1 year ago I got first place in person and their were 18 and 19 year olds and it was for the traps you showed me that made me win that chess tournament and thats why I subscribed to your channel
I got second prize in office tournament.i learnt a lot from this channel. Thanks. Though I'm weak in protecting the pawns in front of my King after castling and also I'm unable to attack the opponents pawn and expose the their King after castling. Please make a video about that
hello sir, im soo impressed with all these traps. you make great videos. i have improved a lot. but I have a question. in the second variation of the first trap where the pawn gets captured instead of the bishop. after queen to e4, white can protect the rook using his knight. nf3. in this position, e5 pawn Is defended by knight, e3 pawn is defended by dark squared bishop also the rook is protected. how to proceed from here? please reply
@ChessTalk there is a best move for black after accepting the gambit that you missed. Be6 defending the pawn and after that black can go for all developing moves

Threatening mate on h7 actually
In 2nd after block the pin by Bf8 white play Qf6 taking pan & giving check.after Kf7 then only R1d7 is a mate.
@@nageshas6386 Qf6 can be taken by the rook on a6

To prevent it-
If 1 Kxg8 , Rxd8
And the queen is gone because of pin.

@@hashimadeel4112 yes,there is a rook on a6
@@hashimadeel4112 I think you forgot the f6 pawn
As mentioned by Hashim, the Qxg6+ part doesn’t make sense but other than that your calculations are good

2. Rxd8 Bf8
3. Qc8! attacking the a6 Rook while intensifying the pin on the Bishop. For instance, if 3. ... Rxa2 then
4. Rxf8 Qxf8
5. Qxf8+ Kh7
6. Rd7#

Any weird openings for white and their counters for black?
Like vampire gambit?
thanQ jithendra ji for simple & Superb explanation creating more interest on Chess ! 🙏
Bg8 is the best move I think
If he takes the bishop with the queen then rook pins the queen, and if queen does not take then white Queen gives him a checkmate
