Hey Tony thank you for the video on removing the muffler mine seems to be overheating I ordered a new thermostat would you happen to have anything on how to remove the old one thank you very much sir
I would replace thermostat, thermostat temperature sensor and radiator cooling fan temperature sensor. It's a grand total cost of maybe $30.00, but at least you know those parts are all brand new. (All three of those parts are known to go bad over time). If you still have overheating problems, move on to the radiator, fan and water pump.
Well I attempted to adjust my valves, got rid of the ticking noise, runs fine, but at idle it has a slight inconsistent miss… any idea. Maybe fine tune the exhaust adjustment, had to stop messing with it engine got warm
@@1tonysgarage I’ll replace the plug (who knows how old it is) and make sure the boot is nice and tight. I’ll try to fine tune it in the morning when engine is all the way cold
Still have a inconsistent miss, slight putter sound coming from the muffler. Replaced the spark plug took off and cleaned/inspected intake boot, no cracks. Runs fine still maybe exhaust gasket is starting to fail 🤦🏻♂️
Sounds like a pretty good deal. I would ask him about when belt was changed how often oil is changed look at the tires rear tires last about 3200 miles. Wait to ask these questions when u r with the guy and looking at bike. If u message those questions to him he might back out on selling to you. People r funny. I would probably try to get it for 1500-1800 offer him 1500 and see what he says again that is while u guys r together looking at bike. That’s my opinion thanks for subscribing and watching

It could be the spark plug or the boot that is on top. I had one go bad

@@austineldridge4966 ya I commented on helix group is the exhaust gasket new. I think that it is possible exhaust gasket might cause that
