    I learned to drive in my dad's Haflinger on a my uncle's farm. Many adventures were had around East Gippsland!

    That's a great job! I also have a 66 model Australian army haffy that i'm restoring. I also have a civilian model that I use up on the farm. These machines are so well engineered ! Look after her!

    Thanks Dave. You can get newly produced CV joints from Haflinger Technik in Scotland. Ive bought 2 of these and they are very well made.

    Stefan - I don't think anyone said that Steyr was from Australia so I am not sure what the basis of your comment is.

      60 of these were used by the Australian Army- but yes they are Austrian made.
