1989 Toyota 4Runner Tie Rod Replacement

How to replace the Inner and Outer Tie Rods on a 1989 First Generation 4Runner.
This process is identical for all 1986-1994 Toyota 4Runner and Pickups (US).
This was done with minimal tools (only special tool used was a Pickle Fork) and in my garage. Hope it's helpful.
