This used to confuse me too but if you look at it as Highest is last so it has the final say then it makes more sense. Lowest is first but its actions can also be overridden by any other event priority after it so it is truly the “Lowest” priority

how were u able to get the server running on Minecraft itself? Is there a way to do this without having a paid server and just running a local one?
