First do the tarsus club quest, and the second quest is you need to kill Dr. Mando. Next, go to the cave in wild west where dr. Mando is in, this gives you the option to choose wether to kill mando or help him. If you chose to help him, you will be given a antidote which you need to bring to the tarsus club. This will result in you fighting against the Cyrus, and once you go to the cave back, Mando will say he wants to be your friend. And BAM, you get Mando! If you choose Cyrus and attack Mando, you will get Cyrus instead once you get back to Cyrus club Also, you must be careful because fighting Cyrus is kinda hard because he can teleport and cage you with his ability!
