Lots of songs that peaked below #11 whose placement I suspect would cut deep into this chart and displace a lot of the Top 1000 Some superlatively strong ones include: Thinking of You - Sa-Fire I Still Believe - Brenda K Starr Forever Young - Rod Stewart Nothing's Gonna Change My Love For You - Glenn Madeiros I Can't Hold Back - Survivor Whip It - Devo I Love You - Climax Blues Band That last one hit #12 and spent 27 weeks on the chart and 17 weeks in the Top 40...I wouldn't be surprised if it placed in the Top 500.
Thriller only peaked at #4 in the USA. It may have been a bigger hit outside of the US, but this countdown is solely based on the US Billboard Hot 100.
@@perseusjoppa426 Thriller tocou o que nenhuma música praticamente tocou aqui no Brasil fora que o disco foi o mais vendido do mundo até hj...por isso nunca concordo..mas ok.
@@juniao11 This #603 position is for the single Thriller, not for the album Thriller. You will find bigger hits from that album such as "Beat It" and "Billie Jean" placed much higher up on the countdown, so yeah, the album Thriller is indeed the biggest selling one of all time, but the song Thriller was not the most successful one from the album, at least not in the USA.
80s music is the best.
I couldn't agree with you more!
I totally agree with you..
Entertaining. This has to be tireless work. Thanks!
Thank you! Great times!
Looking forward to part 3!
Wonderful countdown.
Abba, Phil C, Lionel, Genesis, Mike and the Mechanics and Steve Winwood -absolute brilliance!
Thank you!
I need the top 1000 as a playlist

Thriller na posição 603 de 1000??? Tá de brincadeira além de Abba na 602??? Só pode ser brincadeira sem noção.

Oh, and ABBA were never that big in the USA, despite their huge success everywhere else.
