*PRODUCT UPDATES* 💕💕Just to let you guys know, Revlon and CoverGirl are on sale at Ulta right now, so these products are pretty heavily discounted this weekend! 1. Revlon Skin Tint- this held up really well, it stayed put most of the day on my skin and looked great...I love it! 2. CoverGirl Eyeshadows- didn't budge or crease and lasted all day! But I did notice that they made my lids look a little bit crepey (could just be that I'm getting older but just something I wanted to mention) 3. Revlon Blushes- didn't hold up and I didn't feel like they were pigmented at all. 4. CoverGirl Bronzer- lasted well throughout the day...I like it!

Hi Jen, in one of your recent videos reviewing eye shadow palette, you did really innovative thing of swatching the shadows not only in the order of the palette but also mattes and shimmers separately. I´ve never seen anyone do it but I think it is extremely important and helpful to see the colour variety and usability and I hope you will do it every time going forth. I've been wearing the Revlon tint for about a week and it is the most beautiful product, I've had a couple of people comment on how good my skin looked. I'm really impressed
For those loose powders with no stopper I don’t peel the whole plastic sheet thing off…I just poke a couple holes in it and that way I don’t get too much at a time and it’s a lot less messy. Thank for the reviews Jen. I love Revlon lipsticks! 💄💋
Saw a makeup "artist" on TikTok touting this as a hack she came up with lol. I have news for her, I've been doing this forever. Also if you pull the entire sticker off you can always put a sticker of any kind. I have a couple of powders with SpongeBob stickers I got from my niece over most of the holes 😂
I do the same!! Sometimes I’ll just cut off a part of it that will leave a few holes open (like 2-3) but usually it’s just easier to poke a hole in a few where it would be! So much better…not as messy!!!

I am so glad Im not the only one who noticed Ulta's Website is a bit slow when clicking onto product colors! So frusrating! Im not a fan of lip plumping products either because they irritate my lips! I love Revlon Face Products! You can never go wrong with it. I just wish Revlon would bring back their Flex Shampoo!

Everyone hates on talc til they realize it’s the number 1 ingredient in Maybelline Fit Me Loose powder. Your skin is SO BEAUTIFUL- you don’t even need foundation or concealer. But thank you for all reviews! 😉
The talc thing is so misunderstood. That Netflix docuseries spread some really incomplete information (lawyers explaining science, what could go wrong?). But yeah, the skin tint looks so fresh and skin-like!

YES! I've also done that multiple times and all of a sudden my order shows up and I have two of the same product. It's such a pain to have to take it back to the store.
I think the new Revlon illuminance skin tinte would be great for younger girls new to make up. I have 6 grand daughters so these might be good for them😊

Yes, about the Ulta site! Same thing happened to me, and they told me I had made an error and wouldn't cancel the order. Not my favorite store or site.
Ok so I thought it was just me, but I ordered that skin tint from Ulta and I ended up with 301 as well. Idk why I would have chosen that unless they didn’t have all listed. I bought 201 and it’s perfect. I’m really impressed with it, but the size is really small, not even an ounce. It reminds me a lot of the Jones Road What The Foundation, which I adore but a lot of people don’t. I also foolishly ordered one of those chili pepper glosses lol. The burning was so uncomfortable but the color was beautiful.
There is actually 5 shades available in those Covergirl LE liquid eyeshadows! The 5th is called Forever and it's a beautiful berry color! Darkest of all the shades but is absolutely stunning!!!!
When I get powders like the bronzer you have, I just pull up part of the label and cut a small part of the label off. That way you only have a few holes uncovered and it limits the amount that comes out. Not nearly as messy!💋❤
I am so happy to see revlon make new products!! The company was having a very hard time, and I pray they do not go out of business. I hope they keep coming out w new, updated products!

When I use it on browser it’s so slow and crashes constantly to reload the page. It’s so annoying! I really didn’t want to download the app, but I finally did and it’s way better….plus you get extra discounts and bonus points a lot of the time! Like when they had Bobbi brown 30% off (other things too that day), but any purchases made through the app you got an additional 15% off. So I got the Bobbi brown 45% off!!
I also get frustrated with Ulta's Website. Like Jen said, it takes so long to move between shades. It takes a long time to do almost anything on that site!

I don't get anything permanent and it has to be hydrating..not hurtful..I will always be a thin lip woman. Since I don't do real fillers ever...also read the ingredients ❤
@@mybabbayikes, I have no idea if that's the product...however for under $6. At my health place, I picked up a really natural sugar scrub... something with roses..made a difference. I just have to remember to use it once max 2 x a week...lasts forever...Andalou naturals, perfecting lip sugar scrub in case you find it scrub ..It really was under $6. Great for sensitive skin ..I have seen that brand elsewhere too.
Wasn't Whiskey Business one of the shade names in the recently released Milani Mini Palettes? I'm fairly familiar with the Revlon lipstick, don't remember Whiskey Business being out before, but you'd know much better Jen. Thanks for the video 😊

That Revlon skin tint looks amazing. Revlon is the one drugstore brand that does a really great job with foundations for fair to light olive toned skin. Most drugstore brands don’t do olive tones except for darker skin tones and their lighter cool tones are all way too pink for olive girls.
I saw a great tip for powders with sifters. It’s such a simple but great idea(I think) just leave the sticky label on and pierce just a few holes or whatever you need with a needle or pin and only as much as you need comes out.
Great video, Jen, as always! I have the Revlon blush in Enduring Mauve, and I've been enjoying it - I tend to apply it with a brush, though. It seems to do better for me that way. I agree, they're super sheer and at risk of vanishing! xoxo
i knew as soon as i saw it i wouldn’t be buying the maybelline plump lifter gloss 😂 i also don’t like irritating lip products. and kelsea ballerini is a really sweet and talented country singer! love those shades of liquid shadow ❤
I'm with you on the lip plumping concerns. Any lip product that comes with a 'burn warning' is not for me. 😯 I really like the original Lifter Gloss and will stick with that. I'm also excited to try the new Revlon skin tint. I love the foundation and want to try this as well. I had the "disappearing blush" issue with Revlon's stick cream blush. It was beautiful but even 5 layers disappeared! Not a fan. 😕

Just an FYI, I bought the ($100) bundle of brushes from Rephr, and each time I use them I'm so glad I did. My shadows applied so smoothly and blending was easy, so easy! These are not synthetic hair brushes, just another fyi.
Have you tried Phytosurgence? They have bronzers that are ROSY and toasted blushes that have some gorgeous shades for cool toned skin. They are an indie brand and the only sale they do every year just happened (or is still going on, I’m not sure), but they went out of stock of the lightest rosy bronzer (Rosy Daybreak) right away and ALL the toasted blushes. But they’re actually not priced too bad either IMO ($21 CAD, so $15.22 USD currently for the blushes and $34 CAD so $24.64 USD currently). The shades work so well and the formulas are so good, I think the price is pretty darn great! I think you’d love them!
The foundation product looks really pretty and interesting, one of those hybrid products thats has some tint and "treatment" benefits. But DANG! $19!?!? Drugstore prices are really getting crazy.
It’s honestly worth it in my opinion. It’s the only foundation product I’ve been using since I bought it like two months ago. I’ve had sooo many compliments on my skin when wearing it, and it works with everything. It’s my new favourite for sure!!
Hello, Jen. I enjoy how you present your makeup reviews. Not sure, if you have tried and talked about Revlon Super Lustrous The Gloss. They are the best formula that I have ever tried. Very shiny and moisturizing, but not goopy, or sticky. I like it in Clear and Rosy Future. Hope you have a beautiful weekend! 💕
I would like you to take a snap of your lips before application, then just before you wiped the plumping formula off, just to see if there is any actual plumping/swelling of the lips, as I would definitely put up with the stinging if it actually worked, but if your lips burn and there is no change in their fullness ......Very disappointing 😞 loved the new Revlon lipstick colours....and yeah, there wasn't much payoff with the blush, but I think the colour for the foundation obviously is better to be darker, as that looked perfect on, and lighter might be too light. I can't make up my mind on the loose powder bronser, but it did look nice when you put it on 👍👍👍👍

Whiskey Business looks very similar to their Toast of NY shade, which is super perfect for Fall too 🍁🧡🌻 I really wish Revlon would start making their Glass Shine lipsticks again. I've got chronic dry lip, and those are the Best for moisture, imo. I recently bought my favorite shade in that off Amazon, but it was $17.00!! But I had to have it...Glazed Mauve. After the glossy shine wears down, the stain is a perfect, mauve neutral for me. I think I'll get that 11:11 palette...I really like it when cool and warm neutrals are in the same palette. ❤🥂💃
When I get a new powder with a sifter like that I always just cut off half (or more), of the sticker that came with the powder, it stays so much neater and ton doesn’t come out all at once 😊
That skin tint looks great and I think the color works for you, as did those liquid shadows. I'm surprised at how sheer those blushes are-what a bummer! Especially since they had various skin-toned women wearing them, and you could see them on all of them. Hopefully the Ulta site will be fixed soon.
Ooo I will definitely be skipping the plumping lifter gloss. I cannot stand when my lips are burning! I will also stick to my Wet N Wild Barefocus Tinted Hydrator, mostly because I feel like I get a similar look and slightly better coverage for a much better price! If you can find a shade that works for you, it's the best! I'm intrigued by the loose bronzer! There aren't too many of those out there. Looks like you get a really generous amount as well...but I really would love a sifter door in the packaging... I actually saw someone try those new Revlon gel blushes by applying with a brush and they looks more pigmented, less patchy and didn't pick up the foundation underneath! Colourpop with another win in the eyeshadow department! Such a quality, affordable brand! I'm intrigued by that palette, but I'm not sure I need anymore neutral shadows! I'm not a huge fan of liquid shadows. I have a couple from elf that I rarely use.

My secret weapon for my fair, dry, sensitive skin is using Origins GinZing Tinted SPF 40 + Josie Maran Argan SPF 47 (the not tinted version), mixed together! They are both on the higher end of what I like to spend on a product, so mixing them not only makes a good skin match for me, but seems to help them go farther.😊

The Revlon Serum Tint looks really good, I might get that for days when I don't want too much on my face but have something on to look less dull.

First, I love the sweater/jumper! I have been on a low/no buy for months. Wow, the Covergirl lose bronzer is super pretty. But now, I really need to get some new foundations. Have you reviewed the Hourglass Ambient Foundation? I think the soft mattes or satin foundations look best on my somewhat mature skin. Maybe a top ten foundations video???
I bought another covergirl liquid! Lol! I bought Sparkly boots too! I wanted Forever the darker berry shade but I was afraid that one was more glittery. So I got one of each that u said was non-sparkly and sparkly.

Hello, Jen - love your channel content. As a former makeup artist, just wondering if the Revlon cheek serum would have worked better before the powder bronzer, ie. cream on cream, then powder products. It might not have lifted. Maybe try the bronzer after the setting powder. Just a thought. 🤷♀️❤️
Thanks for taking one for the team with the plumping lipgloss 😂. I'm not a fan of plumping glosses/lipsticks either. That skin tint shade was definitely lighter than your neck at first, but between the turtleneck and the bronzer you put on your neck the color does work for you. The product seems like a good one for an easy no makeup look day.
I ordered a pink highlighter from Moira. Can't wait to get it. I have every other color so why not? I just hope it's not too pink. But it looked beautiful

When I use it on browser it’s so slow and crashes constantly to reload the page. It’s so annoying! I really didn’t want to download the app, but I finally did and it’s way better….plus you get extra discounts and bonus points a lot of the time! Like when they had Bobbi brown 30% off (other things too that day), but any purchases made through the app you got an additional 15% off. So I got the Bobbi brown 45% off!!
I also get frustrated with Ulta's Website. Like Jen said, it takes so long to move between shades. It takes a long time to do almost anything on that site!

The skin always peels off my lips whenever I use a lip plumper, so I never buy them.
@@mybabbayikes, I have no idea if that's the product...however for under $6. At my health place, I picked up a really natural sugar scrub... something with roses..made a difference. I just have to remember to use it once max 2 x a week...lasts forever...Andalou naturals, perfecting lip sugar scrub in case you find it scrub ..It really was under $6. Great for sensitive skin ..I have seen that brand elsewhere too.

@@JenPhelps those new lipstick shades look really nice, you're right the Revlon lipsticks are really under rated and under appreciated they are really nice and Creamy and also long lasting. Plus their shade range is unbelievable....
That Revlon skin tint looks amazing. Revlon is the one drugstore brand that does a really great job with foundations for fair to light olive toned skin. Most drugstore brands don’t do olive tones except for darker skin tones and their lighter cool tones are all way too pink for olive girls.

I saw a great tip for powders with sifters. It’s such a simple but great idea(I think) just leave the sticky label on and pierce just a few holes or whatever you need with a needle or pin and only as much as you need comes out.
The only lip plumping gloss I really like are the city beauty ones. I’ve repurchased those several times.

Great video, Jen, as always! I have the Revlon blush in Enduring Mauve, and I've been enjoying it - I tend to apply it with a brush, though. It seems to do better for me that way. I agree, they're super sheer and at risk of vanishing! xoxo

I'm with you on the lip plumping concerns. Any lip product that comes with a 'burn warning' is not for me. 😯 I really like the original Lifter Gloss and will stick with that. I'm also excited to try the new Revlon skin tint. I love the foundation and want to try this as well. I had the "disappearing blush" issue with Revlon's stick cream blush. It was beautiful but even 5 layers disappeared! Not a fan. 😕

Just an FYI, I bought the ($100) bundle of brushes from Rephr, and each time I use them I'm so glad I did. My shadows applied so smoothly and blending was easy, so easy! These are not synthetic hair brushes, just another fyi.
Have you tried Phytosurgence? They have bronzers that are ROSY and toasted blushes that have some gorgeous shades for cool toned skin. They are an indie brand and the only sale they do every year just happened (or is still going on, I’m not sure), but they went out of stock of the lightest rosy bronzer (Rosy Daybreak) right away and ALL the toasted blushes. But they’re actually not priced too bad either IMO ($21 CAD, so $15.22 USD currently for the blushes and $34 CAD so $24.64 USD currently). The shades work so well and the formulas are so good, I think the price is pretty darn great! I think you’d love them!

Yes! It's on sale for $11 at Ulta right now, and usually drugstore products are on sale pretty often. That's probably why they hike up the prices.
It’s honestly worth it in my opinion. It’s the only foundation product I’ve been using since I bought it like two months ago. I’ve had sooo many compliments on my skin when wearing it, and it works with everything. It’s my new favourite for sure!!

Hello, Jen. I enjoy how you present your makeup reviews. Not sure, if you have tried and talked about Revlon Super Lustrous The Gloss. They are the best formula that I have ever tried. Very shiny and moisturizing, but not goopy, or sticky. I like it in Clear and Rosy Future. Hope you have a beautiful weekend! 💕

I would like you to take a snap of your lips before application, then just before you wiped the plumping formula off, just to see if there is any actual plumping/swelling of the lips, as I would definitely put up with the stinging if it actually worked, but if your lips burn and there is no change in their fullness ......Very disappointing 😞 loved the new Revlon lipstick colours....and yeah, there wasn't much payoff with the blush, but I think the colour for the foundation obviously is better to be darker, as that looked perfect on, and lighter might be too light. I can't make up my mind on the loose powder bronser, but it did look nice when you put it on 👍👍👍👍

Whiskey Business looks very similar to their Toast of NY shade, which is super perfect for Fall too 🍁🧡🌻 I really wish Revlon would start making their Glass Shine lipsticks again. I've got chronic dry lip, and those are the Best for moisture, imo. I recently bought my favorite shade in that off Amazon, but it was $17.00!! But I had to have it...Glazed Mauve. After the glossy shine wears down, the stain is a perfect, mauve neutral for me. I think I'll get that 11:11 palette...I really like it when cool and warm neutrals are in the same palette. ❤🥂💃

When I get a new powder with a sifter like that I always just cut off half (or more), of the sticker that came with the powder, it stays so much neater and ton doesn’t come out all at once 😊

That skin tint looks great and I think the color works for you, as did those liquid shadows. I'm surprised at how sheer those blushes are-what a bummer! Especially since they had various skin-toned women wearing them, and you could see them on all of them. Hopefully the Ulta site will be fixed soon.
Ooo I will definitely be skipping the plumping lifter gloss. I cannot stand when my lips are burning!
I will also stick to my Wet N Wild Barefocus Tinted Hydrator, mostly because I feel like I get a similar look and slightly better coverage for a much better price! If you can find a shade that works for you, it's the best!
I'm intrigued by the loose bronzer! There aren't too many of those out there. Looks like you get a really generous amount as well...but I really would love a sifter door in the packaging...
I actually saw someone try those new Revlon gel blushes by applying with a brush and they looks more pigmented, less patchy and didn't pick up the foundation underneath!

I'm not a huge fan of liquid shadows. I have a couple from elf that I rarely use.

Love the foundation, the powder bronzer, the liquid eyeshadow & the lipsticks! The liquid blushes really well no. They took off yr makeup n were patchy no pigment. N big no to the lip plumper. I feel u on that one. Thank u for sharing all the information & loved watching u apply yr makeup on ur eyes n face n lips. U look stunning! Love that Colorpop eyeshadow palette! That’s a win! I love that revlon tint so much. Makes my dry skin look plump and healthy.
Sometimes its easier to apply the liquid eyeshadow first then go in with your powder shadow for crease and outer corner .

My secret weapon for my fair, dry, sensitive skin is using Origins GinZing Tinted SPF 40 + Josie Maran Argan SPF 47 (the not tinted version), mixed together! They are both on the higher end of what I like to spend on a product, so mixing them not only makes a good skin match for me, but seems to help them go farther.😊

The Revlon Serum Tint looks really good, I might get that for days when I don't want too much on my face but have something on to look less dull.

First, I love the sweater/jumper! I have been on a low/no buy for months. Wow, the Covergirl lose bronzer is super pretty. But now, I really need to get some new foundations. Have you reviewed the Hourglass Ambient Foundation? I think the soft mattes or satin foundations look best on my somewhat mature skin. Maybe a top ten foundations video???
I bought another covergirl liquid! Lol! I bought Sparkly boots too! I wanted Forever the darker berry shade but I was afraid that one was more glittery. So I got one of each that u said was non-sparkly and sparkly.

Hello, Jen - love your channel content. As a former makeup artist, just wondering if the Revlon cheek serum would have worked better before the powder bronzer, ie. cream on cream, then powder products. It might not have lifted. Maybe try the bronzer after the setting powder. Just a thought. 🤷♀️❤️

Thanks for taking one for the team with the plumping lipgloss 😂. I'm not a fan of plumping glosses/lipsticks either. That skin tint shade was definitely lighter than your neck at first, but between the turtleneck and the bronzer you put on your neck the color does work for you. The product seems like a good one for an easy no makeup look day.
