Definitely ain’t angel hair pasta. It’s a rice noodle and it’s very good with this dish. Don’t be afraid to try new things. You might like it. There’s no rules with this do what you like. You are the one eating it.

It's not soup based in Baltimore. The Chinese food spots here make it with a gravy base.It comes in the same take out box as Shrimp Fried Rice. It's just different that's all. CHEERS!!!
