Chef Rego I learnt lovely tips from u. 1. U said to cook squids only for 10 minutes. 2. Not to stuff too much. 3.To cover d squids when it is cooking. Small tips mean a lot. God bless u abundantly with Good health and happiness

Excellent dish may be but narrative is rambling all over. Why don't you update your ingredient list to show red masala instead of just showing a fleeting glimpse. Chef is extremely knowledgeable but the presentation and production teams are no good .

Great recipe - but the name in Portuguese should be lulas recheadas because lula is feminine. So sorry for your loss.
