@s07195 It's a really common practice among licensed card games. I used to collect old anime cards EXCLUSIVELY because of this. They would literally just put screenshots on a card, print over some fancy frame, and call that a day. What was neat, because it felt like having one original celluloid from your favorite product, but also hilarious for the randomness of 70% of the said screencaps. "Hey bro, I just got Sailor Mercury.....sitting on a chair.. .....huh"
