    Thanks for sharing.
Changing relative position seating/peddking/gripping even small amounts, as you no doubt know, will change the feel of the ride greatly.
Hope the new set up proves a comfortable change.
No reply necessary, I will look out for a follow up "try out" vid from you. Always a pleasure to watch.
    Best regards Colin

Nice, please let me know how you get on with them and will you change anything else?

@@NottinghamshireMadness I’ve had the bike, H6R for over 10 years and it’s been perfect but I’ve been doing some bike camping trips which include some old railway cycle paths so I just fancied some slightly wider and lower bars for stability. No other modifications planned 😊😊

Handlebar installed and I must admit it feels much steadier to ride. Just the right width for me. Can’t wait to use it fully loaded 😊😊

Cheers Andrew! You suggested this before Xmas when I said about changing to S stem / handlebar. I'm just going to buy this bar and fit it to my A Line.

Great instructional video Andrew, I’ve been after some JK high rise bars but haven’t been able to get any so ordered some copies and will be fitting them soon. I don’t want to lower them hope it works well for you

Hi Andrew. Very interested to hear your thoughts on riding with the new bars. I’m about to order one for my A Line.
Great video by the way. Keep em coming

A Line owner here. I'd highly recommend going for a C Line (even second hand). The overall components are better out of the box. TBH, I'll probably end up spending a few quid eventually upgrading parts.

I already have a C Line Electric and an older S6L(2005). The A Line is basically a project bike. I was lucky to purchase it used but unridden for£650 and the plan is to make a nice summer light-ish Brompton for no more than £1k. So far I’ve put a standard length black seat post with a black advanced pentaclip and P Line saddle, standard black Brompton pedals with the folding pedal. Next is the Joseph Kuosac bars in black. I may then upgrade the brake levers and gear change. I expect to be all in for about £950

@davidif1967 Fair enough! I bought mine as a project bike/cheapest way to own a Brompton. Enjoy the bike mate, hope you manage to do all the upgrades you want!

Hi Andrew, did the JK bars require any cutting?

Not on this bike but I fitted them to a flat bar bike and the needed 25mm off each end

I have Korean, JK headset cups (Ceramic Balls), and a "Super Hard", JK suspension block (You are also able to buy one from wood!), for less flex in the frame when riding the bike (You loose power from the suspension and a Brompton is a really horrible bike on the small, hard rolling wheels before that!). And a Brompton shaped, carbon M handlebar for less weight.
My Flame Painted bike was originally a "Black Version" when bought in 2019, so the color isn't a problem by that, as also my black titanium, Brompton shaped seat post.
And I have changed near all discs, bolts, nuts, and front axle on my bike to Chinese parts from titanium (For now my much former than 2019 SuperlightM6LXBrompton (with Mudguards as a Rainy Dane), is changed down to around 8,5 kilo!
I expect to come below 8 kilo when finished?
And China, Korea and Taiwan has made an Industry out of supplying less horrible parts for a Brompton (The scratches from the handling are "Notorious", and you are - easily able to buy near "Finished Sets" of Extra Protection for all the known week spots on the bike, from China)!
As a First I gave my bike a full "Autopolish" all over from new, and found the one Clear Tape, 😬"Protection" from the Factory, nearly worn through to the - paint after Two Folds! So I went to a Chinese Webshop to find the parts I needed, and with ease, as they have been known near from start I suppose? Finn. Denmark

I have several times asked the "Brompton Factory" why they don't try to do something about the scratches from the handling, but besides a very understanding, nice answer, they seemingly have no intensions about doing anything? Finn

Enjoyed the video, thanks Andrew. I would like to order a pair of those bars but I can't seem to find them online. Can you please let me know where you purchased yours? 😊

Hi Andrew I've got a B75 with stock gear change, just wondering is it because of the fold to floor clearance you've switched to these cool looking bars ?
