First time I put it on my dog she didn't notice it much and I worried that she is just too hyper when other dogs come around that she would never notice the beep or vibration. I watched the video and decided to try it on the higher setting and see how that worked. She noticed and stopped barking right away, head cocked to the side. "What was that?" After 3 walks she stopped barking at other dogs at all!

My little fella likes to incessantly bark at dogs coming into the dog park. Is this a good time to use it? I don't want him to associate being at the park with any negativity or discourage playing. We go every day.

It's better not to use the collar at the park. You're right, your dog might associate going to the park with something negative. Instead, start training your dog indoors. When using the collar for the first time, we recommend using it for 2-3 hours to let your dog get used to the collar. When you find your dog being used to the collar, you can proceed to correct barking. Each time your dog starts barking, you need to give loud and clear voice commands. This way, your dog will soon understand when and why he feels discomfort. Once your dog understands what you want from him, he will listen to your voice commands even without using the collar.

What if it wont shock? it will beep and vibrat but wont shock even if I stand in front of her

What if the other dogs bark and mine don’t but till stills vibrate him

Hello! When you are around you dog, we recommend using something that ususally triggers the unwanted barking of your dog . Once your dog starts to bark, you can start training her with the collar using the commands. Please let us know about the training process with your dog :)
