Wdym, amd x3D CPUs sweep the floor with about anything else for bdo. Went from 8700k intel to 7800x3D and that TRIPLED my average frames, without swapping gpu.
Поменяй свой 12900к на 14700к с z790 и нормальной памятью и будет тебе счастье, у мня счас на 13600к+3070 в среднем 300фпс на фарме с минимальным разгоном.
it's not the same %, with yellow you get more trashloot, with blue you get less. if one person is pulling X with blue, and another pulling X with yellow, it's not the same clearspeed.

make sure you disable fullscreen optimization and play in fullscreen, i have a 13700k + 3070 and get same frames as him
