    Dealing with elbow and arm issues the past few months, I really enjoyed playing with Rexis Comfort. Looking forward to stringing up with Rexis Speed in the next week or so... Go Yonex!
    Came back to add this quick PS... if anyone is wondering how I claim to have been using these strings before the intro date--I live in Japan (just outside the real Osaka, not the Osaka, Sacramento)...

    How does the speed compare with polys in terms of spin and comfort?

    Which of these 2 strings would work better on a hybrid string setup? The comfort version?

      Great question! I’d try Comfort first, but I like the idea of the Speed as well.

    I am confused. What is Rexis Feel? A discontinued string? Why does Tennis Warehouse' Tennis University measure Comfort as stiffer than Speed? Very odd?

      Triax is close but in my opinion lacks the crisper feel that Rexis Soeed delivers. Although Triax also contains Poly fibers, I don’t believe it has a Poly core.

    Hi mate, I've got a quick question, Wilson has serial numbers on their rackets, is there any way to check it's authenticity because I live in Malaysia and it's fakeawazoo out here and I saw your previous video on fake rackets so I'm wondering if there's an official way to check originality via the serial number? Much thanks 🙏.

    QUESTION:
    Do companies CHANGE the formulas they use when making strings? --- I've been using Prince original synthetic gut 17 gold since 1988. In the mid 90s I bought 30 spools of that string and it lasted me all the way until now. I recently ordered 10 individual sets from tennis warehouse (costs less than $5 now). And ........ Wow .....definitely NOT the same except for looks. It totally plays and feels different.

    • @MrBynumbb
      @MrBynumbb 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m not sure if companies change formulas but I do know that some companies outsource to multiple factories. Inconsistencies and lack of quality control are a result of this. Yonex does not outsource, we make our string and racquets in our own factory in Japan...homemade with commitment to craftsmanship!

    • @MrBynumbb
      @MrBynumbb 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      One suggestion....if you like or did like the Prince syn gut, you might want to try out our version. It’s called Dynawire. A great affordable string. Same characteristics and properties of PSG.

    What's the difference between the original rexis and these new ones?

    • @owenrivard8832
      @owenrivard8832 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m wondering the same thing original Rexis might be in between in terms of feel probably closer to comfort with the speed being a very different combo string. If Rexis original is being discontinued then comfort will be replacing original Rexis

    • @MrBynumbb
      @MrBynumbb 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I believe you’ll find that the Rexis Comfort is more durable...won’t break as quickly. The Rexis Speed has the Poly core surrounded by multifilaments, which original Rexis did not have.

    • @owenrivard8832
      @owenrivard8832 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@MrBynumbb I’m super excited to try Rexis speed. I’m a newer player coming from badminton and I want something closer to poly that would hold tension better since I don’t play super often. I work in a pro shop, I’ll ask my boss if we’re getting it soon. I’m from Canada so might have to wait a little longer.

    There are warnings by California State on TW pages for Rexis Comfort and Speed, that the strings fall into Prop 65 category, which means exposure to these strings are "known to the state to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm". Any comment by Blayde?
