if you want a loud car yes it's worth it. it gets alot of attention (good attention) people are always asking me what engine I have and that it sounds amazing. I have a drive by video on my page as well.

Its the transmission that makes it possible. It shares the transmission with another GM platform that is AWD. Id have to fab up a passenger CV axle and modify the floor pan to accomedate. The entire rear suspension would have to be fabbed up from scratch as well utilizing the third member, CV's, and Hubs from the AWD donor.

Velizar Milutinovic actually you gain power with the low back pressure from having no muffler also better gas mileage from the low back pressure but honestly youre not gonna drive like a normal guy with an exhaust like you'll be hammering down everywhere so you'll use more gas probably
With the less restrictive muffler and catalytic converter, having just pipes all the way through is much better... if you can, upgrading to 3" pipes will greatly increase any HP and will sound deeper and louder. There are good uses to having a straight piped car, but that doesn't mean everyone loves loud mufflers. Just know when it is and isn't okay to gun it down streets or rev lmao and you'll be okay. Try it, though!
LilTee RBN engine wise all it has is a ram air intake. Exhaust wise I removed the resonator and the 2 rear mufflers and looks wise I painted the wheels back and the grille black and got aftermarket headlights.
It sounds pretty mean but I bet it sounds like shit cruising 80 mph (DRONEDRONEDRONEDRONE). I have a Corsa exhaust on my SS and you can't even hear it at cruising speed but it sounds sweet at idle.
